REMNANT— an interior design & creative studio based in Sun Valley, Idaho, co-founded by designers Elizabeth Vos and Ashley Fassbender.
The name Remnant reflects our belief that the most compelling interiors are deeply personal, refined, and layered—honoring both the present and the past. Our work integrates antique and one-of-a-kind pieces alongside contemporary details, creating a dialogue between past and present. The result is a space that not only reflects our client’s story, but grows more resonant with each passing year—an interior designed not simply to impress, but to endure.
All drafting is done in-house using Revit, allowing us to collaborate in real-time with architects and contractors alike, ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction. We create comprehensive construction and furniture procurement schedules, keeping each element organized so your project unfolds effortlessly from start to finish.

Ashley Fassbender
Co-FounderWith over a decade of experience in the design industry and a degree in Interior Architecture, Ashley brings a refined perspective shaped by work across luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate interiors. Her career has spanned Sun Valley and New York City markets, interior design and architecture firms with projects scattered across the country – giving her a diverse design foundation rooted in both regional character and metropolitan influence.
Elizabeth Vos
Co-FounderWith over seven years of experience and a degree in Interior Architecture & Design, Elizabeth brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective shaped by work across both architecture and interiors. As an NCIDQ-certified designer, her background spans large-scale architectural projects and luxury residential interiors, informing an approach that is both technically grounded and deeply attuned to how people live.
